# How Do I Add a Clinic to My Territory?

## To make an appointment with a clinic, you first need to find them in RxTro and add them to your territory.

1. Log into RxTro
2. click on the tab-**Add Customers.**  
   **To search for a specific Clinic:**

- - Click on the tab **Add Customers**
    - Use the Search functions to select the state
    - Type the name of the clinic in the free text box and click search

- - From the list of results find the relevant clinic and click **Add**
- **To Search for a clinic in a specific area:** 
    - Click on the tab **Add Customers**
    - Filter the search options by: **State** and **Suburb** and click search
    - From the search results find the relevant clinic and clic**k Add**

Sometimes you will not be able to find a clinic in your territory that is on RxTro due to the clinics settings.
