How do I find available appointments with a specific customer?

This article summarises the steps involved in finding an appointment with a specific customer.

In order to make a booking as a representative, you must first be registered as a representative and logged in.

Once you have logged in - 

    1. Click on My Territory and New Appointments 
    2. Find the relevant clinic in your territory list by either scrolling through your list of clinics or using the search options at the top of the page to find the clinic in your list.
    3. Choose from the Where drop-down to select either Block, Suburb or State/Province.
      1. A Block is a RxTro definition. It is a standardized grouping of suburbs, postcodes or FSAs each containing around 150 customers. The purpose of the block is to improve the search functionality when using territory planning.
    4. Choose from the RxTro Status drop-down whether you want Automatic or Manual appointments.

    5. Choose Customer List  from the When if you want to find a specific clinic in your customer list 
    6. Click Search
    7. This will return a list of the clinics that are available in your Customer list based on  the search criteria you chose for the  State/ Block/ Suburb. 
    8. Once you have found the relevant clinic in your list, click on the actions button next to the clinic details.
    9. From the drop down select make appointment
    10. From here you will be able to take or swap an appointment with the specific clinic.
