How to change the appointment time for an existing day in your schedule.

To change an appointment start  time:

1. Log-In to RxTro
2. Click Clinic Appointment Times
3. You will see  “My Schedule”
4.  Next to the relevant appointment in your schedule, click the Actions button and from the  drop down options select Change Appointment Time

Click in the blue box and from the drop down options select the preferred time and click save. This will automatically change the hour in your  schedule and for all future rep bookings on this day.

Trouble Shooting:

• You click save on the Change Appointment Time and you get an error message saying:
  

This means that you have an upcoming appointment for this particular appointment day. You should wait for the pending appointment to be completed. Once the pending appointment has been completed you will be able to update the appointment time using the steps above.
