This article summarizes the confirmation procedure that takes place the day before an appointment.
- Log into RxTro
- Click on the tab "My Existing Appointments"
- Click on the actions button next to the relevant appointment and from the drop down options select Confirm Appointment
4. Select whether you are: attending the practice or via remote appointment and click save
5. Once you have clicked Save, the appointment Status will change to "Confirmed by Drug Representative".
Once the appointment status has changed to "confirmed by Drug Representative" you will not be able to make any further changes to the appointment online. You will need to contact the clinic directly to cancel or swap the appointment.
Once the appointment status has changed " to confirmed" click on "View More info". This will bring up the relevant Appointment Information including:
- any specific instructions from the practice
- the clinic address and phone number
- the number of participants and any specific dietary requirements
The day before the appointment you will receive an automatic confirmation email from RxTro.
