If a clinic makes a change to the default settings under their Company Preferences tab, this will impact their availability and visibility to RxTro users.

What does it mean when a clinic has told you they are using RxTro and you can't find them in your RxTro account?
It usually means the clinic has made a change to their default settings so only certain Reps/companies can make appointments with them via RxTro.
In these instances you will need to contact the clinic directly and if they are happy to see you, then you will need to ask them to select your company under their “Company Preferences” tab in RxTro.
Once they have ticked your company you will be able to find them in RxTro and make an appointment.
