Why can't I find an available Appointment with a specific clinic?

If a clinic opts to limit the time between rep appointments this can have an on impact the number of appointments available to specific reps.

Clinic: Time Between Appointments

A clinic has the option to limit the time between their Rep Appointments. If they opt to use this feature, this can impact the number of available appointments you can see in your RxTro account for this clinic.

The clinic can limit the frequency of their appointments to one appointment per rep or per company for 3, 6 and 12 months.

If a clinic opts to limit the frequency of their appointments, this means you will not be able to see any available appointments during the set time period.

Company Preferences Tab1-1For example: 

1. If the clinic opts to limit their appointments to one appointment per company for 6 months:

This would mean if a colleague from the same company already has an appointment with the clinic,  then you won't be able to see any available appointments with the clinic until 6months after your colleague's last appointment.

2. If the clinic opts to limit their frequency to one appointment per rep for 3 months:

This example would mean you won't be able to see any available appointments until 3 months after your last appointment with the clinic.
