If you are a pharma rep on RxTro, you know all about 'shop orders' that the GPs in primary care settings place for the drugs and other formulations.
With the 'Manage products' feature, we are simplifying the process for you, the pharmaceutical reps, and pharmaceutical sales managers to showcase your products on the platform. This enables the doctors to check and raise a shop order directly from the page (coming up soon).
While that answers the question of 'why,' let's look at how to list your product on RxTro.
The product page is a simple form where you fill in all details about the product, including an image and the TGA and PBS information. But before that, here is a checklist of things that you need to have handy.
Ensure you have the following items ready before completing the form:

Correct name of the product & Australian approved name

How do I list my product on RxTro?
Step 1: Read the information for more details.
- Log in to your RxTro account and navigate to 'Products & Services.'
- Click 'Manage products' and 'Add new products' to start listing your product.
- Read the preliminary information and click 'next' to proceed.
Step: 2 Add product information
- The next step takes you to your product page, where you add all relevant information about your product.
- Ensure that the image that you share is clear and you have copyrights to share the image with us.

If your product is on PBS, add the 'TGA indications' and verify the 'PBS schedule.'.

Write a brief overview of your product and the URL from which people can refer to your company's website before proceeding on to the next screen.
Step: 3 Declaration and Consent

Mark 'I agree' to give us your consent for displaying this product. We will refer back in case of any queries from our end.
- Once you submit your details, our team will do a quick QA check before publishing it on our platform.
Displaying your products on RxTro will provide an opportunity to get more visibility and outreach and ensure that your customers are made aware of it when they search for it online. A detailed information page renders it easier for the doctors to read all the information and place orders easily.
