How do I plan my diary using RxTro?

This article gives a broad overview of how to get the most out of the RxTro appointment planning tool when planning your time in-field.

In order to make a booking as a representative, you must first be registered as a representative and logged in.

Once you have logged in, RxTro makes it quick and easy to plan a week in-field -

  1. You will generally start by looking for an appointment with a specific customer that has their availability online. Please refer to How do I find available appointments with a specific customer?
    1. Best practice is to do this after the completion of your last appointment. Please refer to appointment booking restrictions.
  2. Once you have one appointment booked in a particular week, you use RxTro to search for other customers with availability by suburb within the area. Please refer to How do I find available appointments in a specific week?
    1. It is recommended to start with suburb/FSA and then broaden your search using Block or even State/Province.
  3. Finally, to fill in the remainder of your week, you move to booking manual appointments. Please refer to What is the Manual vs Automatic Appointment Booking Function
  4. The day before the appointment you will confirm your appointment. Please refer to What do I need to do the day before an appointment?
